Marcus Monroe is a precocious entertainer taking a strong lead in the new generation of variety performers. Internationally, Marcus has brought his unique brand of humor, wit and specialty juggling to venues as varied and exciting as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland, Brighton Fringe Festival in England, Cirkus Cirkor in Sweden, and the Shoebox Tour in Canada. In addition, Marcus has sailed the high seas performing on Princess, Carnival, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. In the U.S. he has entertained at sold-out performances in major locations including New York City's Comix, the Las Vegas strip, The Metro in Chicago, Milwaukee's Riverside Theater, San Francisco's Throckmorton Theater, and at universities all across the nation. Marcus also has several national tours under his belt performing solo and with some of world's best variety acts.

His technically difficult juggling routine combined with his electric on-stage presence inspired the New York Press to dub Marcus "the rock star of jugglers!" making him a much sought-after act for many of today's hottest musicians. Marcus has shared the stage with Aimee Mann, CAKE, Talib Kwali, Hanson, Gavin DeGraw, and Ryan Cabrera. Marcus's screen debut came almost a decade ago under Academy Award-winning director James Marsh (Man on Wire) who cast him as co-star of Wisconsin Death Trip with Sir Ian Holm (Lord of the Rings). Since then Marcus has appeared on dozens of national TV shows and has already been seen by millions. His name and image appeared all over the U.S. on billboards, print ads, and viral Internet campaigns as the feature of Eastport Backpack's "Back to School" campaign. Marcus communicates heavily with his fans, individually and on YouTube, Myspace, Twitter, and Facebook. His featured videos rank over 100,000 unique views on YouTube alone.
